No Smoking or Vaping No Pets Allowed No Events or Parties Minimum Age to Book: 25 Note: Single-story condo on the 2nd floor requires stairs to enter.

General • No smoking or vaping inside the condo. • No parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests. • Quiet hours: 10pm-8am (per community rules). Please be mindful of neighbors. Parking & Gate Access • Parking passes and gate cards must be returned before checkout. • Lost or missing passes/cards will incur a $50 replacement for each. Condo Care • Please treat our home with respect. Report any damage immediately. • Only toilet paper in toilets (no wipes, paper towels or feminine products). • Do not move furniture between rooms or outside. Kitchen & Cleaning • Wash dishes or load into dishwasher before checkout. • Place trash in the community dumpster near the entrance before departure. • Leave used towels in the bathroom. Pool, Hot Tub & Amenities • Follow posted community rules at pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and grill areas. • No glass containers at the pools or hot tub. • Children must be always supervised. Safety & Security • Do not share gate codes or WiFi passwords outside your group. • Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. Checkout • Standard checkout is by 10:00am • Please double check for belongings before departure. • Return key card, gate card, and parking passes to the welcome basket.
